The First Board Meeting of Shanghai Jiao Tong University Foundation of America (STJUFA) was held in Xuhui Campus of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), Shanghai, China on May 12th, 2008. The attendees are: SJTU President Jie Zhang, SJTU Executive Vice President Quyuan Ye, Director of International Corporations Office of SJTU Liangyu Yan, President of SJTU Education Development Foundation Wei Zhang, and President of SJTUFA Katherine He.

The board meeting covered topics such as discussion of the Bylaws, fund raising events, challenge fund, alumni connections, office setup and etc. More details are to be announced.
