You will need to make your own reservation at
Westin Registration website that is created
specifically for this event.
The conference rate for a standard guest
room will be as follows, which is available for reservations
made by September 10, 2009. Each room is allowed for up to
four people:

Discounted rate for upgrades to luxury
rooms or suites is available at the
registration site.
- Guest room rates include:
Breakfast Buffet in the restaurant (Regular price $26
per person).
- All guest room rates are quoted
exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently
15% and it may vary.
- These guest room rates will be
offered by Hotel 3 days prior and 3 days after the
meeting dates, subject to availability of guest rooms at
the time of reservation.
- Early Departure Fee:
In the event that a guest who has reserved a guest room
within Group’s guest room block checks out prior to the
guest's reserved checkout date, an early departure fee
of $50.00 will be charged to that guest's individual
account.
Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise Hotel at or
before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of
stay.
- Discounted Overnight Parking Rate:
Self Parking: $10 (Regular $16)
Valet Parking: $23 (Regular $26)
- Discounted High Speed Internet Access
in the guest rooms:
$6 per day (Regular $10)
